Our Empire package starts at $997 for individuals and $1,497 for couples. The Kingdom package is $1,997 / $2,997. The Dynasty package requires a consultation because it's customized for larger estates. All packages include your Strategy Session. We believe in transparent, flat-fee pricing - no hourly billing surprises.
The Strategy Session is a focused 30-minute meeting with Alecia Jones where we review your family situation, discuss your goals, and recommend the right Legacy Package for you. It's your chance to ask any questions and feel confident before moving forward. The session is $395 and is credited toward your package if you proceed.
Yes. We understand that protecting your family is an investment, and we want to make it accessible. We offer third-party financing options that allow you to spread your investment over time. We'll discuss all available options during your Strategy Session.
Most Legacy Plans are completed within 2–4 weeks from your Strategy Session. The timeline depends on the complexity of your estate and how quickly we receive your information. We keep you updated at every step.
A will is just one piece of the puzzle. A comprehensive estate plan also includes powers of attorney, medical directives, and potentially a trust - documents that protect you while you're alive, not just after you pass. If your will is more than 3 years old, or if your life circumstances have changed (marriage, children, new assets, divorce), it's time for a review.
We serve clients throughout Texas, with offices in Pearland and Houston. Many of our consultations can be conducted virtually. However, we are licensed to practice in Texas only, so the estate must involve Texas residents or Texas property.
